- Title: Superannuation Helpline Specialist
- Pay rate: $35.15 per hour
- Duration: Feb 2026 - July 2026
- Hours: Between 7am-8pm Rotating Roster 37.5 hour work week
My client, a major player in the Financial Services sector, is urgently seeking multiple skilled Superannuation Helpline Consultants for a crucial, contract assignment. If you have proven customer service experience and knowledge of the Australian superannuation landscape, this is a chance to secure a stable role through mid-2026.
We are looking for professionals to provide expert, front-line support across various Superannuation products, online systems, and legislative queries.
Be the primary point of contact (75% of your time) for inquiries regarding various superannuation trust funds, corporate funds, public offer products, and retail/NZ super products.
Deliver professional general advice and resolution in an efficient and friendly manner.
Provide technical support, training, and mentoring to colleagues when required.
Build positive working relationships with internal business units and stakeholders.
Minimum 2 years tenure in a high-volume, public-facing customer service role.
Demonstrated exposure and knowledge of the Superannuation and Financial Services industry is preferred.
Exceptional listening, problem-solving, and resilience attributes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
VCE (or equivalent) minimum requirement.
