They are now looking to appoint an experienced Structures Foreman for a $75 million apartment development in Brisbane’s inner suburbs (not the CBD). With excellent site access and ample local parking, this project is logistically fantastic. This is a long-term opportunity across three stages, with the site yet to be established—an ideal chance to join from day one and take a lead role in all on-site construction activities for Stage 1 and beyond.

The Role
... - Structures Foreman on $75m apartment development - 3 stage project
- Working collaboratively with your Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve key milestones and drive programme
- Ability to work autonomously looking after structures and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff
- Excellent build knowledge and people management
- We are looking for a foreman who can both work within a large team but with the ability to work autonomously as required
Experience/Qualifications Required
- Trade or Tertiary Qualifications in Construction
- A track record of experience in delivering apartments north of $30m in a supervisor role required
- Strong build knowledge and ability to work autonomously
- An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders alike
