Our client is now looking to grow their team with an experienced Structures Foreman on a $75m apartment development in the inner suburbs of Brisbane (Not the CBD) with ample site access and local parking this project is logistically fantastic. Enjoy the security of a long term project across 3 stages, with site yet to establish be part of this project from the start of stage 1 helping lead all on-site activities.
The Role
- Structures Foreman on $75m apartment development - 3 stage project
- Working collaboratively with your Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve key milestones and drive programme
- Ability to work autonomously looking after structures and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff
- Excellent build knowledge and people management
- We are looking for a foreman who can both work within a large team but with the ability to work autonomously as required
Experience/Qualifications Required
- Trade or Tertiary Qualifications in Construction
- A track record of experience in delivering apartments north of $30m in a supervisor role required
- Strong build knowledge and ability to work autonomously
- An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders alike
