Supported by a highly skilled and well-resourced team, they are now seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to join them on an exciting $40 million apartment new-build project. This two-year development, located on Brisbane’s North Side, offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a landmark build with a respected industry leader.
The Role
- Structures Foreman on $40m apartment development - 2 year project
- Working collaboratively with your Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve key milestones and drive programme
- Ability to work autonomously looking after structures and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff
- Excellent build knowledge and people management
- We are looking for a foreman who can both work within a large team but with the ability to work autonomously as required
Experience/Qualifications Required

- Trade or Tertiary Qualifications in Construction
- A track record of experience in delivering apartments north of $30m in a supervisor role required
- Strong build knowledge and ability to work autonomously
- An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders alike
