We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our client's IT Architecture team and play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and integrating sustainable technology solutions across the business. Reporting to the Senior Enterprise Architect, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and the broader group to ensure our technology solutions align with strategic direction, modern security standards, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT to define requirements and design fit-for-purpose technical solutions.

• Lead functional designs for new and existing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the IT target operating model.

• Deliver sustainable, cost-effective, and secure solutions that leverage existing technologies where appropriate.

• Provide IT estimates for new initiatives and support project planning and control.

• Maintain high standards of solution documentation, ensuring alignment with agreed methodologies and timely updates.

• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through clear, proactive communication and collaboration.

• Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced team members, contributing to a positive and effective team environment.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (desirable).

• TOGAF Certification (desirable).

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT consulting and functional or technical IT design.

• At least 2 years’ experience in a Solution Architecture role.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Proven experience working cross-functionally in complex environments.

• Customer-focused with a collaborative approach and ability to thrive under pressure.

• High attention to detail and self-motivation to work autonomously
