The role is a full time, permanent position based primarily in regional Victoria (Gippsland area)
The Role
- Managing site administration, organization, and resource planning
- Advising on installation activities and coordinating execution schedules
- Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and HSSE policies.
- Conducting site inductions for all personnel.
- Organizing and leading site meetings.
- Managing site budgets and controlling costs
- Participating in subcontracting and local procurement activities.
- Ensuring quality control and minimizing risks throughout site execution
- Overseeing site demobilization and ensuring contractual obligations are met
About you:
... - Engineering degree, equivalent or relevant trade qualification (mechanical or electrical background)
- Working in a Contracting/EPC environment highly advantageous
- Formal qualification in Project or Business Management is highly regarded
- A proven record in managing projects
- Effective evaluation, analytical and communication skills
- Expert in similar role would be highly regarded
- Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current Drivers Licence
