About the Opportunity

Over almost five decades, our client has built a reputation for excellence by delivering numerous iconic projects throughout Tasmania and are now looking to increase their team of experienced Site Managers to help deliver projects in Northern Tasmania, to continue growth and success that has been achieved so far.

As a Site Manager, you will be required to set out and manage work programs, interpret plans/drawings, ensure all compliance of workers on-site, developing relationships and other duties as required.

About you

This role is ideal for experienced Site Managers that have extensive experience in overseeing commercial construction projects from initial stage to handover to the client and the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.

To be considered for the role you must;

• Have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar position
• Have demonstrated experience working on commercial construction projects
• Have the ability to interpret a variety of plans and work closely with management team for tenders and contract submissions
• Posses a high level of attention to detail and excellent computer skills
