The Company:
A multi disciplined large Tier 2 builder has a $14 million townhouse development coming out of the ground and they would like to appoint a structured and dedicated Site Manager to run the project. This predominantly commercial builder has numerous awards for their Senior Living and Health Care projects and ideally would like someone with an al-round capability to run this project.

As there Site Manager you will be responsible for getting the project out of the ground including all earthworks, piling, retaining walls and inground services and will be required to work autonomously on the job and deliver.
The project consists of:
- On grade car park
- Undercroft car park
- Independent 1 storey services building.
The Role:
You will be a driven outgoing Site Manager with mixed commercial and residential exsposure, looking to succeed quickly, progressing and impressing the Project Manager. Ideally you will have direct experience working on projects over $5 million AUD for a recognised Sydney competitor.
Duties & Project Scope:
Duties include, supervising concrete pours, setting out of the structural steel and formwork. You will also be responsible for:
- Adherence to BCA standards
- Site Inspections, establishment and testing.
- Daily and Monthly reporting
- OH&S
- Subcontractor site Inductions
- Managing onsite issues
- Working to deadlines, contract and project time frames.
Skills and Experience
- You will be highly motivated and ambitious with drive and passion in a leadership capacity.
- You will have a minimum of 5 year’s experience working on similar projects
- Exceptional Communication skills
- A “can do” positive attitude and confidence.
- Good management approach.
