With well over a decade of experience delivering a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, our client is now seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join their team. In this role, you will lead on-site operations, manage construction progress, and ensure the successful delivery of each project.

The Role

• Site Manager joining a well established team
• Managing ITP's', quality, safety and trade relations onsite
• Reviewing and completing documentation on internal construction software
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Manage programme including look ahead's and effectively communicating changes
• Full time role joining a well resourced team with a good name in the market
• As site manager you will take responsibility for all on site duties running your own projects end to end

Experience/Qualifications Required

• A stable track record in supervision of commercial construction and residential projects up to $15m
• Current First Aid Certificate required
• QBCC Site Supervisor License
• Drivers license + White Card required
• An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
• Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
• A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
• A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
