As their project pipeline expands, a new opportunity has opened for an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team.
Role Overview:
The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day operations for commercial fit out and refurbishment projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery. You will manage subcontractors, resources, and safety standards while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise site activities, ensuring project time lines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure health and safety compliance across the site.
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
- Lead and mentor the site team to ensure smooth operations
Experience/Qualifications Required
- Current First Aid Certificate required
- QBCC Site Supervisor License - required
- An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
- Proven experience in site management for commercial fitout and refurbishment projects. D&C experience is highly regarded
- Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
- A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
