With over a decade of industry experience, they have grown into one of Brisbane’s most trusted builders—valued for their craftsmanship, collaborative approach, and commitment to excellence. Backed by a dedicated team of over 40 professionals, the company operates with a clear focus on transparency, integrity, and creating spaces that leave a lasting impact. As they continue to expand, they are now seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to join their team, working on projects valued up to $30 million.

The Role

• Site Manager joining a well established team and taking control of commercial New Build, Fitout and Refurbishment projects.
• Full time role joining a well resourced team with a good name in the market
• As site manager you will take responsibility for all onsite duties running your own projects end to end

Experience/Qualifications Required

• A stable track record in supervision of commercial building projects ideally up to $40m across both new build and fitout/refurbishment
• Current First Aid Certificate required
• QBCC Site Supervisor License
• An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
• Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
• A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
• A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
