With a well-resourced and experienced team in place, they are now seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead a landmark $40 million apartment development on Brisbane’s North Side. This exciting, two-year project presents an outstanding opportunity to be part of a dynamic and reputable organisation at the forefront of the industry.

The Role

• Site Manager joining a well established team and taking control of a $40m Apartment Development
• Full time role joining an experienced team with a good name in the market
• As site manager you will take responsibility for all onsite duties running your own projects end to end

Experience/Qualifications Required

• A stable track record in supervision of commercial building projects ideally up to $40m across both new build and fitout/refurbishment
• Current First Aid Certificate required
• QBCC Site Supervisor License
• An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
• Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
• A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
• A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
