What You’ll Be Doing

• Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely settlements

• Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and kept up to date throughout the process

• Provide proactive and friendly communication to keep clients informed every step of the way

• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline the settlements process

What You’ll Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in settlements, conveyancing, or a similar role (preferably in mortgages or financial services)

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure

• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach

• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms commonly used in the industry

• Good understanding of the property settlement process and relevant legislation
