Service Account Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Account Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service in the Service and Uniform industry.
As a Service Account Coordinator, you will report to the Service Manager and be responsible for ensuring smooth relationships with our valued customers. You will play a key role in maintaining effective and efficient working relationships with all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships to achieve service excellence.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry.
- Prepare regular reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Provide administrative support to the service team.
- Manage special orders, customer account changes (increases, decreases, size changes, and inventory changes)
- Support the administration team with accounts reconciliation processes, including filing, maintaining records, collecting/registering customer cheques, and processing daily banking deposits.
- Address accounts receivable phone enquiries
- Record and process all debtor receipts and allocate bank statements to the general ledger.
- Direct new business opportunities to the sales team.
- Promote the features and benefits of our products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly to build loyalty.
- Maintain the customer master database.
- Prepare new proposals and customer correspondence.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven customer service skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Well-developed telephone skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- High level of integrity and sound values.
- Tolerance for routine and repetitive work while maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- A strong customer orientation, actively working to meet customer needs.
- Goal and task-focused approach, actively pursuing and achieving targets.
- A continuous improvement mindset, producing quality work and suggesting improvements.
- Strong written communication skills, able to draft effective business documents and correspondence.
