Territory Manager – Neuromodulation (QLD – Brisbane, Gold Coast, Townsville)
Are you a results-driven medical device professional with a passion for innovation and improving patient outcomes? We are seeking a Territory Manager to join a high-performing team specialising in neuromodulation solutions for chronic pain and movement disorders.

The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
... - Achieving sales targets and growing market share across your territory
- Building and maintaining strong relationships across surgical and non-surgical settings
- Providing clinical support during procedures and post-operative care
- Delivering pre-procedure education and ongoing product training to customers
- Managing consignment stock and maintaining accurate customer records
- Collaborating with internal teams on product launches, market insights, and account planning
- Attending national meetings, industry conferences, and customer events

What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in medical device sales, ideally with experience in theatre-based environments
- High levels of energy, drive, and a strong sales aptitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a relationship-first approach
- Clinical confidence to support procedures and engage directly with patients
- Strategic territory planning and strong time management abilities
- A tertiary qualification in business, science, or a related field
This role includes on-call responsibilities and may involve rural or interstate travel. Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events is also required.
