About the Role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, values-driven team. More than just 360 recruitment, you will proactively partner with hiring managers, contribute to broader workforce planning and role design projects. We are looking for a "go-getter" with strong initiative who thrives in a fluid, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end (360) recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of roles.
- Proactively partner with and provide solutions-focused advice to hiring managers.
- Develop and create high-quality Position Descriptions (PDs) in consultation with stakeholders (training and upskilling provided).
- Contribute to strategic projects, including workforce planning and role design, to support the organisation's growth.
- Champion a positive candidate experience that reflects the organisation's core values and ethics.
- Utilise various sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre talent in a competitive market.
Skills & Experience Required
- Demonstrated experience in an end-to-end (360) talent acquisition or recruitment role (minimum 3-5 years).
- A solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to proactively engage and build rapport with senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to adapt and thrive in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
- A strong team-oriented attitude, demonstrating initiative, drive, and a "go-getter" mentality.
- A high degree of integrity and an alignment with values-based hiring practices.
- Experience in PD creation or workforce planning is desirable, but a strong willingness to learn and be upskilled is essential.
- Previous experience within the Victorian Public Sector (VPS) or a government environment is highly desired.
