• Analyse and understand the department’s current and future technical environments, including system dependencies and integration points.
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear, non-technical language for business stakeholders and analysts.
• Produce detailed system designs, process models, and wireframes that align with business requirements and documented epics.
• Contribute to agile and DevOps delivery models by defining features, user stories, and Product Backlog Items (PBIs).
• Collaborate with technical and accessibility specialists to support system development and ensure compliance with standards.
• Define and document non-functional and system integration requirements.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce System Analyst within complex ICT environments.
• Understanding of agile delivery practices.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in producing detailed system designs, wireframes, and functional specifications.
