Senior Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our client team. This is a 12-months initial contract, based in Adelaide. The ideal candidate will be a senior resource who can effectively interact and communicate with stakeholders across different divisions.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Strong knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as .NET, C#, Perl, XML, JSON, HTML and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in SQL, including joins, table and query design, stored procedures and functions.
- Web Development: Experience in building and maintaining Web applications/APIs using Node.js in both Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) environments.
- Tools & Platforms: Knowledge of software development, web server platforms, databases and tools like Microsoft Visual Studio, SQLLite, Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Cybersecurity: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and the ability to apply application security.
- Experience in business analysis and change control processes.
- A methodical and analytical problem-solver with a high attention to detail.
- A clear communicator with the ability to make technical information understandable to non-technical audiences.
- Proactive approach to work and issues, with a focus on driving change and continuous improvement.
