With a capital works program exceeding $200 million, this is a standout opportunity for a skilled Senior Project Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the region’s future.

In this high-impact role, you'll take the lead on complex, large-scale building projects — overseeing everything from early planning to practical completion. What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of major capital works projects ($40M–$200M)

• Overseeing day-to-day site activity and contractor performance, ensuring timelines, safety, and quality are maintained

• Managing procurement, tendering, contract administration, and reporting functions

• Acting as the Superintendent’s Representative for Council on major builds

• Providing strategic reporting and insights to Executive teams and Project Sponsors

• Ensuring governance, change management, and compliance frameworks are met

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex building infrastructure projects in Australia, ideally within local government or similar

• Proven ability to manage projects on-site daily, with strong hands-on experience in construction delivery

• Background in project management and facility management with excellent stakeholder and contractor engagement skills

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related fields

• Current White Card and Victorian Driver’s Licence
