The Role
As the Senior Electrical PM, you will own the end-to-end delivery of the electrical scope for a major EPC power project. You will manage everything from detailed design and procurement through to construction, commissioning, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities
EPC Delivery: Lead the execution of complex electrical packages (substations, grid connections, high-voltage equipment, or renewable integration) safely, on time, and within budget.
Contract & Commercial Management: Oversee EPC contract administration, manage subcontractors, variations, and risk mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, network service providers (NSPs), and internal engineering teams.
Safety & Quality: Champion a zero-harm culture on-site, ensuring strict adherence to Australian electrical standards and HSEQ regulations.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 8+ years of Project Management experience, specifically delivering large-scale EPC power generation, transmission, distribution, or renewable energy projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (highly preferred) and/or a recognized Project Management qualification (PMBOK, Prince2).
Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Australian grid connection standards and dealing with local utilities/regulators.
Leadership: A proven track record of managing multidisciplinary site teams and driving subcontractor performance.
