About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead project execution across our commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and building upgrade portfolio. Working closely with design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to premium standards.
Project:
Becoming a Historical employee in Victoria, you will be engaged to work on a $300m + Commercial New build.
Beginning it's ECI phase in August, you will be supported by a Senior Project Manager & Senior Contract Administrator as well as assistance from their team in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery: Develop comprehensive work programs, strategically allocate resources, and optimise schedules to hit key milestones.
Quality & Design: Oversee QA measures on-site and proactively resolve design and construction issues to maintain project momentum.
Procurement & Trade Management: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, negotiate contracts, and coordinate trade packages for seamless subcontractor collaboration.
Financial Oversight: Utilise financial software for precise budgeting, forecasting, expenditure tracking, and cost reporting.
HSEQ & Compliance: Maintain strict safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards across all project phases.
Stakeholder Reporting: Foster strong relationships with clients and consultants, providing regular progress reports and managing document control systems.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring a collaborative mindset, sharp analytical skills, and a proven track record in fast-paced construction environments.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering
Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction - ideally new build experience greater than $140m.
Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site documentation.
Governance: Solid knowledge of compliance, risk management, and project governance standards.
Software Skills: High attention to detail in reporting and proficiency in project/financial management software.
