An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join one of Australia’s leading builders, contributing to the delivery of a landmark $700M+ luxury apartment development.
The Role
- Contribute to site meetings and work collaboratively with upper management to ensure milestones are met on time
- Manage the engineer team assisting setting out individual responsibilities, assistance with development and ensuring overall team performance
- Provide leadership in health, safety, quality and environmental management
- Review project documents including estimates, design drawing, proposals and contracts per management in delivering structural and fitout components of a large multi-million dollar development.
- Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout.
Experience/Qualifications Required
...
- A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for Tier 1/2 builders in a management role (minimum of 5 years)
- A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
- Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.
- Experience in managing large teams for a Tier 1/2 major principal contractor
- Compliance with legislative and policy requirements
