Randstad Digital is looking to speak with ICT Project Coordinators who come from a Utilities background and worked across complex Programs.
This role demands extensive experience managing large transformational programs of work, financial acumen, and an ability for thriving in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain comprehensive program and project documentation, plans and reports, ensuring standards and requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain project schedules including resource allocation, completion percentages, baselining and updated forecasts and cross dependencies
- Preparation of status reports in conjunction with the Project Manager and other team members
- Prepare documentation including, closure reports, go-live notices, acceptance certificates, and other documentation as required
- Manage the data associated with resource reporting to ensure accuracy of all resource reports and the checking of timesheets against cost codes and statement of work utilisation
- Collect, track, interpret, manage and review project information including maintenance of project control registers, project schedule and input to the overall Program Schedule
- Provide secretariat support at key program and project meetings including preparation and collation of papers, minutes, and action items papers, minutes, and action items.
About you:
- Ability to meet tight time frames
- Ability to use SAP to interrogate the status of purchase orders and project costs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and Project Server
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality in relation to all activities
- Strong financial experience with project financials, actuals and forecasting
- Proven ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels
- Ability to work in a dynamic team, including multiple vendors
- Analytical mindset
