About The Role:
You will provide planning advice, review the impact of government planning policies and housing policy initiatives across the property portfolio, manage consultants and assist with undertaking planning approvals.

This will include:
- Provide accurate and timely technical planning advice to internal and external stakeholders, providers, contractors, and consultants.
- Provide advice and planning solutions, reviewing third party submissions and manage consultants, contractors in relation to planning activities.
- Report writing including preparation of assessment reports, statements of environmental effects and reviews of environmental factors
- Providing planning input into the residential projects throughout the design development process
- Assessment of development proposals including development applications
About the ideal candidate:
You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally have the following:
- Experience in Part 5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act
- Tertiary qualifications in urban/regional planning or related discipline or equivalent planning experience.
- Worked to competing deadlines
