- Providing high-level executive and administrative support to senior management.

- Managing office budgets, tracking expenses, and overseeing procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinating complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Preparing comprehensive reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Supervising and mentoring junior administrative staff, if applicable.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers.
- Ensuring the office environment is well-maintained, organised, and conducive to productivity.
What the ideal candidate will bring:
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in a senior administrative, office management, or executive assistant role, ideally within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a proven capacity to manage high workloads and competing priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office management software.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional documents and communicate effectively at all levels.
