- You are a statistically capable, data-driven professional with strong written communication and storytelling skills.
- You can translate complex data into clear, impactful insights for various audiences.
- Experience with survey processes (end to end), data measurement, and statistics is essential.
- A background in people analytics or a data science master's is highly desirable.
- Project management experience
