We’re partnering with a top-tier insurer to appoint a Senior Manager to lead the implementation of a new product and then build the team that will deliver and manage it.
This is a rare opportunity to challenge the status quo; reshape processes and systems, drive the design and build of a best-in-class, automated solution, and influence the future of a growing Accident & Health portfolio.
You’ll work closely with project managers, analysts and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, highly automated, AI-driven claims solutions across the end-to-end journey, from lodgement to settlement; uplifting the entire claims experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge, operational excellence and a passion for innovation, people leadership, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

What you’ll bring:

✔ Solid understanding of automation, self-service platforms and AI in claims
✔ Operational leadership with a track record of successful change delivery
✔ Strong leadership skills with 2–3+ years’ management experience in a dynamic environment
