About the Role:
Reporting to the Manager, Digital Engagement & Design, you will play a pivotal role in the development, design, and implementation of marketing campaigns targeting the community. This role is at the heart of the organisation's communication efforts, using digital channels to inform and engage with stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the development and delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives in line with organisational objectives and Victorian Government processes.
Provide strategic direction for digital content on the organisation's website, using user research and usability testing to enhance user experience.
Coordinate, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies to reach and engage target audiences, with a focus on preventing and minimising gambling harm.
Use data and analytics to inform campaign strategy, solve problems, and identify opportunities.
Develop engaging and creative content for various audiences and channels.
Manage campaign reporting and evaluation to accurately assess outcomes.
Oversee the procurement and management of specialist marketing agencies.
What We Are Looking For:

Extensive experience in leading the development and delivery of successful marketing and digital campaigns.
Strong data analysis skills to diagnose trends, identify opportunities, and translate insights into effective project plans.
The ability to develop engaging and creative content for a range of audiences.
Proven project management skills, including the ability to proactively manage deliverables and provide guidance to others.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to monitor stakeholder interactions and adjust strategies for positive outcomes.
A tertiary qualification in marketing, communication, health promotion, or a related field is highly desirable.
