Transformation Delivery Lead
Are you a seasoned delivery expert looking to spearhead a landmark transformation? We are seeking a proactive Delivery Lead to drive a large-scale operating model shift, ensuring organisational readiness for critical milestones through 2027.
What You Will Do:
Lead end-to-end delivery for a large-scale operating model transformation, ensuring all workstreams remain aligned with strategic objectives.
Coordinate and integrate change management, communications, training, and business readiness activities to ensure seamless adoption.
Develop and manage comprehensive delivery plans, proactively identifying and resolving cross-functional dependencies.
Drive organisational preparedness for key go-live milestones scheduled for late 2026 and early 2027.
Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to provide transparent progress reporting and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Extensive experience leading complex program or large-scale business transformation delivery.
Proven expertise in integrating change management and business adoption activities into a technical or operational delivery framework.
Demonstrated ability to manage intricate cross-functional dependencies and multi-year delivery roadmaps.
Superior stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of influencing and collaborating with senior executive leadership.
A proactive, outcomes-focused mindset with the ability to navigate and drive results within evolving organisational structures.
