Are you a seasoned delivery professional looking for your next high-impact challenge? We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead for an initial 12-month, hybrid contract based in Brisbane. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of delivery coordination and execution for a large-scale operating model transformation across Technology and Market Services. Working with an established change and training team, you will ensure the seamless, end-to-end integration of business readiness activities ahead of major, high-profile milestones. What You Will Do:
Lead Integrated Delivery: Manage the end-to-end delivery plan across operating model implementation, communications, capability uplift, and knowledge management.
Drive Go-Live Readiness: Oversee business readiness activities, monitoring risks and indicators to ensure smooth transitions for key milestones in November 2026 and April 2027.
Engage Senior Stakeholders: Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues, providing clear, concise updates and managing relationships across business and technology.
Coordinate Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Provide direction and cross-functional coordination across a diverse team without the burden of direct line management.
Manage Risks and Mitigations: Proactively identify delivery challenges, implementing strategic solutions to keep the transformation programme on track.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Extensive Delivery Experience: 8–12+ years of experience leading program or project delivery within large-scale transformation environments.
Transformation Expertise: A proven track record of successfully driving operating model or complex business and technology transformation initiatives.
Integrated Change Capability: Demonstrated experience integrating change, communications, and training frameworks into comprehensive delivery plans.
Senior Stakeholder Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage confidently with senior leadership.
Proactive Drive: The ability to quickly establish structure, operate comfortably with ambiguity, and balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.
