What You Will Do:
Lead complex requirements elicitation and documentation efforts across multiple teams, focusing on maximising value from commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications.
Define and specify real-time integration requirements between core and satellite applications to enable seamless data exchange and process automation.
Develop robust business cases, including comprehensive cost-benefit analysis and strategic value articulation to support major investment decisions.
Mentor and coach junior Business Analysts while influencing the development of BA methodologies and governance frameworks.
Facilitate high-impact workshops and partner with senior stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are prioritised and implemented effectively.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 5 years leading enterprise-scale initiatives involving COTS applications.
Proven expertise in defining integration requirements for real-time data exchange, supported by at least 3 years working with integration technologies.
Extensive experience developing and leading business cases, including financial modelling, risk analysis, and strategic value assessment.
Technical exposure to applications supporting PLM, ERP, MRP, or MRO systems and their business impact.
Strong leadership skills with experience coaching junior analysts and proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
