This is a unique opportunity to use your expertise to shape our digital presence and support a variety of engaging projects.
The Role
As our Digital Content and Video Specialist, you'll be a key player in our team, working approximately 18-20 hours per week. This is a permanent position created due to a recent retirement, so you'll be stepping into a critical role with an established workflow and is a large multidisciplinary team.

Content Governance: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our content processes, including systems, governance, and calendars.
Intranet Management: You'll play a central role in uploading and managing content across different sections of our intranet.
You'll be working on a mix of projects, with a focus on both video and general content creation. A typical week might involve producing videos one day and writing content for the intranet the next, with time dedicated to continuous improvement and project support. You will report to the Internal Communications manager and will be part of the Internal Communications team.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a candidate with a unique and well-rounded skill set. You should have a proven track record of creating impactful digital content. While not the most senior person on the team, you'll be a key support and expert resource.
Experience:
Demonstrable expertise in digital content, including video production, photography, and writing.
Experience in a government, semi-government, or related environment is highly desirable. We need someone who understands the cultural and contractual aspects of working with government entities, including approval processes.
Previous experience with a GOC (Government Owned Corporation) is a significant advantage.
Skills & Attributes:
A knack for collaboration and working with others to craft high-quality content. This is not a solo gig—teamwork and cultural fit are essential.
Strong organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks, from video shoots to content calendars.
An eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
To apply, please provide a portfolio or examples of your work that showcase your skills in content creation, video production, and your collaborative process.
