About the Role
As Senior Estimator, you'll take the lead on preparing competitive, detailed and technically sound tenders on civil infrastructure projects ranging from $50M–$500M+. You’ll collaborate closely with planners, engineers, project directors and the executive team to deliver high-quality submissions that win work.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be directly involved in driving business growth and project success.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience estimating civil infrastructure projects including bulk earthworks, road construction, drainage, and subdivisions
- Previous experience working for a Tier 1 civil contractor is Essential
- Strong technical background with deep knowledge of construction methodologies and market pricing
- Sharp commercial acumen and a strategic mindset
- Ability to lead bid teams and mentor junior estimators
- Proficiency with estimating software
