Randstad is working with a longtime client and Australian success story to find a Senior Category Manager to join their growing team.
Your new role will involve:
- Managing a diverse procurement portfolio that includes services, materials and projects
- Assisting in delivering projects that provide vital services
- Driving contract performance through negotiation and supplier management, ensuring value for money
- Assessing and mitigating supply chain risks including supplier continuity and DIFOT
Key requirements:
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of procurement activities including multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- End to end category management experience including sourcing/tendering activities, formulating category plans and ongoing contract management
- You will be an outcome focused professional, passionate about delivering value for money and performance within a challenging supplier market
