We’re looking for a Senior Case Manager to manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims with empathy, professionalism, and strategic thinking.
Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims end-to-end
Provide quality claims management to injured workers, employers, and stakeholders
Apply best practice in compliance with regulatory frameworks and company guidelines
Collaborate with allied health providers and legal representatives to achieve optimal outcomes
Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
Minimum 18 months of workers compensation claims management experience
Solid understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A team player with resilience, empathy, and problem-solving ability
Hybrid working: just 2 days in the office (after induction)
