As Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by:
Identifying and securing new business opportunities within your existing network and emerging market areas
Expanding the portfolio of active mortgage brokers and maintaining strong relationships with existing advocates
Delivering exceptional customer service through responsive communication and timely broker support
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and risk management frameworks
Key Responsibilities
Grow the broker network and increase managed portfolio size
Meet settlement and conversion targets
Provide exemplary service to internal and external stakeholders
Operate within the company’s risk and compliance guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial lending sales, ideally within financial services, mortgage lending, or real estate
Certificate IV in Finance and Broker Management
Strong understanding of credit assessment, legal, and regulatory requirements
Advanced interpersonal and written communication skills
Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong business relationships
Well networked within broker channels
