The Role
Seeking a skilled and energetic D365 Consultant to work as part of an agile delivery team in one of our high-profile software development projects.
... Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Producing analysis and design documentation such as elevated level and detailed requirements, business process maps, user stories and user interface specifications etc.
- Map current and future state business processes.
- Lead consultation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the planning and management of user acceptance activities.
- Support functional testing activities.
- Analyse, facilitate, model, and organise information to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs.
- Aid in the planning and management of user acceptance activities.
- Support projects undertaken in line with DTA processes and the Department’s digital delivery model.
- Experience working in Agile software development environment
Technical skills
Experience working in an Agile software development environment and experience using Azure DevOps toolset (or similar).
Essential criteria
- Experience within Power Pages and D365 Solutions Case Management.
- Developing and configuring custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer data and business performance using Power BI.
- Demonstrate the analytical skill to facilitate, model, and organise information to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs.
