• Coach and inform leaders and executives on the opportunities and benefits of applying Agile values, principles and practices across the organisation
• Educate and coach staff to develop their knowledge and use of agile and innovative practices
• Evaluate team/project goals to determine the most effective agile methodology to use
• Guide teams and executives through the transformation of work practices to create efficiency at all levels of the agency, acting as a coach and leader
