Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of administrative duties, from initial file creation to Executive level support.
Workflow & File Management: Creating and maintaining physical and digital files to ensure a smooth, logical workflow across the Department.
Data & Correspondence: Managing the correspondence register with precision, handling data entry, and overseeing the distribution of formal letters.
Mailbox Management: Managing central mailboxes, ensuring all inquiries are triaged and actioned promptly.
Executive Support: Providing high level administrative assistance to ensure leadership priorities are met.
Word Processing: Producing high quality documents, reports and templates.
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
Proven Experience: Significant background in senior administration or office management.
IT proficient: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Process Driven: Ability to manage registers and track incoming/outgoing communications.
Communication Skills: Professionalism in both written correspondence and internal team collaboration.
Discretion: The ability to support the team with confidential tasks and sensitive information.
