Scheduler & Router
📍 Nerang, Gold Coast
We’re recruiting for a Scheduler & Router to join a fast-paced and innovative technology solutions company based around Mid-Gold Coast (Nerang). We're looking for someone who can support operations by scheduling and routing field technicians, tracking job progress, adjusting service calendars, and providing general admin and client support when required.
Key Responsibilities:
... Plan and coordinate daily schedules for field technicians and service teams to ensure efficient job flow.
Monitor technician availability, job locations, and service priorities, adjusting routes in real-time as needed.
Allocate technicians based on skills, location, and urgency of tasks.
Liaise with clients and subcontractors to confirm job bookings, changes, and access requirements.
Build strong client relationships through regular communication and reliable service updates.
Generate and track job orders, purchase orders, and variations; assist with invoicing and cost tracking.
Collaborate closely with internal departments (IT support, sales, and operations) to align scheduling with business priorities.
About You:
Experience in a scheduling, routing, or dispatch coordination role (preferably within field services, tech support, or trades).
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle changing priorities.
Enjoys Puzzles and has an analytical mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks at once.
A problem solver who can think on their feet and remain calm under pressure.
