Key responsibilities:
- Provide SAP Finance expertise in Finance process and core finance modules.
- Promote adoption of standard SAP in all interactions within the program.
- Attend and actively contribute to FTS, Design and other workshops.
- Follow up and drive to resolution assigned tasks from workshops where required.
- Lead specialised cross functional task groups.
- Review program deliverables and artefacts.
- Establish working relationship and influence Finance Value Stream business members.
- Interact and represent Finance in cross value stream integrated processes.
The ERP SAP S/4 HANA FICO Financial Analyst applicant must be able to demonstrate:
- Expertise and implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA - Fixed Assets, Treasury and Banking, Real Estate, Revenue Cycles, Cost Model Application, Project Accounting, Planning and Budgeting.
- Experience in data migration and cutover approaches to assist the Data stream
- Expertise and experience in cross value stream integration
- At least 2 SAP S/4HANA end to end implementations
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks, challenges, and opportunities related to change management.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of program / project management best practice methodologies, coupled with SAP Activate Methodology or equivalent SAP methodology.
Desirable requirements:
- Experience in supporting large-scale programs in Federal, State or Local Government.
- Experience in large multi release program operations.
