SAP EAM Functional Consultant | Contract | Melbourne
Join a high-profile SAP implementation with a globally recognised technology and consulting firm. This is a contract opportunity for an experienced SAP EAM Consultant to lead workstreams, engage directly with clients, and contribute to solution design as part of a wider project team.
What you'll be doing
- Leading SAP EAM workstream delivery across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration and testing
- Facilitating client workshops and providing best-practice guidance on SAP EAM processes
- Working with technical teams on functional specs, enhancements, integrations and data migration
- Supporting SAP FSM design and deployment where applicable
- Creating and maintaining project documentation including functional specs, configuration guides and training materials
- Providing expert functional support through SIT, UAT, cutover and hypercare phases
- Identifying risks and issues and working with stakeholders to resolve them
- Contributing to knowledge sharing and mentoring junior consultants
What we're looking for
- Strong hands-on experience delivering SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance) implementations
- Deep understanding of maintenance planning, asset lifecycle management, work management and PM processes
- Proven experience facilitating client workshops and producing functional design documents
- Ability to lead assigned workstreams independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills
- SAP FSM experience and integration with SAP backend systems highly desirable
- S/4HANA implementation or migration experience advantageous
- SAP EAM/PM certification preferred
