BASELINE CLEARANCE ESSENTIAL
A global professional services firm is seeking a Junior Cutover Manager to join a confidential SAP HANA transformation program. This is a hands-on coordination role ideal for an early-career project professional ready to step up within a structured, high-governance delivery environment. Flexible working arrangements are on offer across three locations.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the development and maintenance of cutover plans, checklists, runbooks and readiness materials
- Coordinating cutover activities across business, technical, data migration and testing workstreams
- Tracking and reporting on cutover progress, risks and issues, escalating to senior leads as required
- Assisting with hypercare and post-go-live support to ensure a stable transition
What we're looking for
- Australian Citizenship and active AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory)
- Exposure to SAP, ERP transformation or technology implementation projects, including in a junior or support capacity
- Strong coordination, communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Excel, scheduling tools and project documentation
- Comfortable operating in structured, governance-driven project environments
- NV1 Security Clearance (preferred but not essential)
