We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior SAP Basis Consultant to join our clients fast-paced and collaborative team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of SAP systems, with a focus on HR and HCM modules. You will play a key role in system upgrades, issue resolution, and ensuring the overall stability, performance, and security of our SAP landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, with at least 5 full lifecycle implementations under your belt.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP HR, SAP S/4HANA Human Capital Management (HCM), and SuccessFactors, including integration's with other HR systems.
- Conduct FIT-GAP analyses and facilitate business and process architecture workshops to gather and refine requirements.
- Configure and customise SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, with a deep understanding of data structures, data flows, and system interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, using a problem-solving mindset to identify root causes and present viable solutions.
- Identify gaps and proactively develop innovative solutions that align with business needs and drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team collaboration, contributing to a positive, results-driven team culture.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of SAP experience with proven delivery across multiple end-to-end implementations.
- Deep knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors with hands-on configuration skills.
- Experience in HR systems integration and data architecture.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Experience in stakeholder management and building relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
