We are looking for a Salesforce LWC Developer to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and delivering high-quality solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC). You will manage the entire development lifecycle, from initial requirements analysis to final deployment, working autonomously to deliver impactful results.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve user experience.
- Interpret business needs and translate them into clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Manage tasks from a project management tool, such as JIRA, taking full ownership of the development process from start to finish.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using technologies like REST APIs and Platform Events.
- Utilise version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for smooth and effective deployments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Maintain and debug existing codebases, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
Key Requirements
- Australian citizenship is mandatory.
- Experience in LWC development and proficiency in JavaScript.
- A strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), frameworks, and design patterns.
- Proven experience with Salesforce integration's and working with CI/CD pipelines.
- The ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and solve complex problems.
- Prior experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and Communities is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I and II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and JavaScript Developer I, are highly regarded.
- A Baseline security clearance or higher is preferred
- Experience with OmniStudio is a plus.
