Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to improve performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ideally you have managed a team of up to approx. 20 across customer service, sales and general administration. You will be able to build strong relationships within the local operation whilst also understanding the complexity of reporting nationally and working with a company with global ties.
This is an excellent opportunity to take the reins within this well established, well known brand and team. Reporting to the State Director you will have the opportunity to set the tone, strategy and vision for the local team, supported by an experienced senior leader.
