You will be comfortable in executing the warehouse, transportation and contract administration within a fast paced environment. Duties and responsibilities: Maintain record accuracy through cycle counts and inbound, picking and dispatch processes You will coordinate sales order tracking and completion, ensuring service is metOverseeing all packing information and make necessary changes where neededLiaise with the project team to ensure all stock meet implementation deadlines Liaising with vendors to ensure all daily shipments are correctTrack and review all shipments Coordination of all imports and exports and review ratesGeneral administration dutiesReview all customer orders, including obtaining and forwarding information to the planning and sales team. Skills and Requirements for this role:Transportation, logistics or procurement experience is essentialExperience and high level understanding of interstate shipping and stock managementAbility to problem solve relating to sales, finance and transportationConfident with microsoft office and be familiar with other software to this industryAttention to detail and the ability to adapt to an ever changing environment Undertaking a temporary contract through Randstad will give you exclusive access to our candidate benefits portal.
