You will report to the Transport Manager and be responsible for the following: Ensuring that all regulatory and COR aspects are adhered toEnsure Weekly Safety and Compliance KPI Targets are met Planning of loads and executing the requirements within SAPLiaising with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency Assembling orders into loadsCoordinate timeslot deliveriesBookings with the wholesale delivery warehouse and ensure EOT delivery deadlines are metEnsure paperwork flow procedure is adhered to in an effective and timely manner through the existing simplified paperwork flow processes.Coordinate load creation and time windows through communication with internal and external stakeholders.The Successful Applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:Highly motivated individual, able to engage with all facets of the warehouseExceptional customer service, financial and operations background to ensure all key metrics are achieved daily including Safety, Service and CostKnowledge and competence in Transport Planning and Load AllocationProficiency in SAPIntermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledgeTransport Operational Experience The successful candidate must have Australian residency with full working rights.
