- Your role as a Senior Building Regulations Manager is to lead a team that administersand coordinates a high volume of projects. The works relate to building regulations, BCAand Access assessment consultancy, litigation compliant building defect reports, and; theupgrade of fire safety services within existing buildings. You will be expected to lead,assist and manage a large variety of Class 2 to 9 building projects under the directguidance of our Directors.Your role as a Senior Building Regulations Manager is to lead a team that administersand coordinates a high volume of projects.
