We deliver expert, impartial advice and innovative solutions for Defence and national security.Responsibilities of this role include:Technical management of applications managed by SSL. Provide level 3 technical support for particular SSL applications (e.g. Skype, SharePoint and meeting room comms etc.). Conduct application upgrades and ensure ongoing security compliance. Engage and support level 2 ICT support. Facilitate transition of ICT services and decommission. Ensuring that service delivery meets agreed service levels. Diagnose service delivery problems and initiate actions to maintain or improve levels of service for applications in scope of this role. Contribute to the planning and implementation of maintenance and installation work, including building and management of systems and components in virtualised computing environments.Implement agreed application updates and/or changes and perform routine application maintenance.
