    My clients , which are lovely community run standalone kindergartens in Carrum Downs and Frankston are seeking kinder teachers for permanent part time positions to start term 1 2022 .Their focus is to provide nurturing child care with a holistic approach to teaching that engages children’s curiosity and helps them gain confidence. As the Kinder Teacher you will be providing creative programs to extend children's learning alongside dedicated team of educators and access to ongoing professional development and training will be provided to you. We are currently recruiting for two positions the hours and days are as follows:Frankston - 3 year old program each Monday and Wednesday 12:45pm-5:15pm- 5 hours contact time and 3 hours program planning time with 1 hour for educational leader responsibilities. Total of 9 hours permanent part time per week.Carrum Downs - 3 year old program each - Tuesday 11:15am - 5:00pm and Friday 7:45am - 3:00pm 7.5 hours contact teaching time and 4.5 hours program planning time with 1 hour for educational leader responsibilities. Total of 13 hour permanent part time per week.They are paying under the VECTEA award - you will be paid for all school holidays and work the shifts during school terms.The role:As the Kinder teacher you will be responsible for implementing the program plan ensuring they reflect the EYLF and centre Philosophy and values. Plan and implement play based programs for the 3-4 year old children which will get them ready for school.Communicate positively with the children and families, being a role model for all educators and a trusted advisor for familiesmentor and guide educators; lead with best practises.implement the EYLF into your program planskeep yourself up to date with industry change Be available for educators to bring ideas to you, create discussionsEnsure program is of high quality reflective of the EYLF and centre philosophy Be reliable, respectful and work constructively with your colleagues and other professionalsEssential criteriaA Bachelor of Education ( Early Childhood) and Care OR ACECQA-approved equivalent qualificationA current VIT card2 references that can attest to you working with childrenCurrent first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtainOur commitment to safeguarding children and young people.Randstad Education is committed to the safety and well being of all children and young people.
